Return/ Exchange Policy

• we accept returns for store credit on full-price items within 5 days of delivery or within 5 days of receiving your pickup email/notification.
•return just needs to be postmarked within 5 days, not arrive back to us within 5 days.
•mystery, Capsule, and Sale Items are all FINAL SALE.
• we do not do exchanges. If you’d like to repurchase the item in another size once you have received your credit, you may absolutely do so. We have found that our inventory is greatly compromised when we “hold” items for exchanges. We appreciate you using your credit to assist us in staying on track.
• PLEASE email us at for ANY return. Here we will provide you with the return address and double-check you are eligible for a return. Sending an email will make sure the right person gets your request and any messages do not get lost in transit throughout our team. Any return that we receive in the mail or pick up location will not be processed. You can’t go into Target and just drop an item on the desk, walk out and then expect them to process your return. There is a system and we have to have our systems and processes as well.
• you can absolutely make a return to the pickup location as well but please email beforehand as well for instructions.
• please inspect items as soon as they arrive! if you believe you have received a damaged item, please email us within 3 days of receiving. After the 3 days, we can no longer be responsible for damages.
